I love the Fall. A lot. Why? Well, as I’ve said before in our previous blog post, “…who wouldn’t love… SO MUCH GOOD FOOD?” Sure, each season has some good eats – but Fall takes the cake, principally because of the versatility so many of the ingredients have to offer.
And though there are dozens of special Autumn-centric fixings, three take the cake:
PUMPKINS
ONIONS
APPLES
So, in honor of the beginning of the season, below are breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes for each:
PUMPKIN
Breakfast: Pumpkin Chocolate Pancakes / Recipe courtesy of Vintage Kitchen
Lunch: Pumpkin Mac and Cheese / Recipe courtesy of Well Plated by Erin
Dinner: Thai Pumpkin & Chicken Curry / Recipe courtesy of Williams Sonoma
ONION

Lunch: Sid’s Onion Burger / Recipe courtesy of Saveur
Dinner: Skillet French Onion Chicken / Recipe courtesy of The Cookie Rookie
APPLE

Lunch: Chopped Apple Salad with Toasted Walnuts, Blue Cheese and Pomegranate Vinaigrette / Recipe courtesy of Bobby Flay for Food Network

And there you have it! Happy eating!
